I was very happy that the flowers were delivered on Saturday even though I placed the order, in Johannesburg, South Africa, early on Saturday afternoon. I could not find other florists that could deliver flowers on a Saturday with such short notice. The flowers were beautiful! My cousin enjoyed the flowers that was a surprise gift for her birthday. Flowers were ordered on Thursday and delivery was for same day. Didn't arrive on Thursday or Friday. I emailed on Saturday and was told florist had apologised for the delay and they would be delivered on Saturday afternoon. My friend wasn't at home so she received a call from the florist. When she said she was at a local cafe , her bouquet was delivered there. She was thrilled. So despite delays I have given 4 stars for quality of flowers and service.

My daughter is on holiday in Madeira and it???s her birthday. Excellent delivery, ordered 8pm from the uk, flowers delivery just after 1pm next day, my daughter is over the moon, the flowers are beautiful

My recipient sent me pictures of the flowers. It was exactly what I had chosen. They were beautiful and made my friends' 60th extra special. The process was so simple to do, and I was told the florist herself did the delivery. I highly recommend this service!!!
