Excellent service.
The basket and the flowers looked a lot smaller than the photo shown originally but we're still ok.

Ordered a flower+chocolates package for a friend in Portugal. First time ordering a direct delivery overseas I wasn't sure what to expect, but my friend was happy to receive everything in time. Chocolates were missing, but were replaced with champagne, so really can't complain.

I was very happy that the flowers were delivered on Saturday even though I placed the order, in Johannesburg, South Africa, early on Saturday afternoon. I could not find other florists that could deliver flowers on a Saturday with such short notice. The flowers were beautiful! My cousin enjoyed the flowers that was a surprise gift for her birthday. Flowers were ordered on Thursday and delivery was for same day. Didn't arrive on Thursday or Friday. I emailed on Saturday and was told florist had apologised for the delay and they would be delivered on Saturday afternoon. My friend wasn't at home so she received a call from the florist. When she said she was at a local cafe , her bouquet was delivered there. She was thrilled. So despite delays I have given 4 stars for quality of flowers and service.
