I was very happy that the flowers were delivered on Saturday even though I placed the order, in Johannesburg, South Africa, early on Saturday afternoon. I could not find other florists that could deliver flowers on a Saturday with such short notice. The flowers were beautiful! My cousin enjoyed the flowers that was a surprise gift for her birthday. Thank you for your excellent work. Regards. Eugenia

Flowers were ordered on Thursday and delivery was for same day. Didn't arrive on Thursday or Friday. I emailed on Saturday and was told florist had apologised for the delay and they would be delivered on Saturday afternoon. My friend wasn't at home so she received a call from the florist. When she said she was at a local cafe , her bouquet was delivered there. She was thrilled. So despite delays I have given 4 stars for quality of flowers and service.
